Managing free trials and drop-ins
Free trial and drop-in are are those players who have not been registered in the program. This feature allows to accept unregistered players to participate in program activities on a specific date. Drop-in option is only available to someone who already has a profile in the app. Drop-in players will be charged a fee to attend.
We have a couple different ways to help you manage drop-ins and free trials. You can schedule them in advance for a specific date in the future or you can check them in right at the beginning of the lesson.
For convenience, pre-registered free trials and drop-ins are grouped separately from other attendees enrolled in the program. They appear at the top of the list.
