Tracking attendance / Check-ins
Coaches can easily track students’ attendance using their smartphone or web application. And no need to worry about attendance reports afterwards. Attendance reports can be reviewed or downloaded later on the web.
Tracking program attendance
The check-in process takes place on the coach's phone. In the calendar, click on the program, then click on the check-in button - you will see a complete list of all registered players, as well as players eligible for make-up, listed below. You can easily find a player by name or photo. All you have to do is click on them to check them in.
You will not be able to register players if they have indicated that they will not attend. In the same interface, you can also add additional players for the free trial and drop-in, provided that they are registered in the application.
Tracking free trials and drop-ins
For convenience, free trials and drop-ins are grouped separately from other attendees enrolled in the program. They appear at the top of the list.
Attending Make-ups
Make-ups are available for students who missed class. You can view and check in eligible students in the Make-ups tab. The number in brackets indicates the number of students who registered for a make-up class in advance. If the student was registered for a make-up class, they will appear at the top in the "Reserved" section. Other eligible but not pre-registered students are listed in the "Other" section.
