Transactional and broadcast messaging

Communication between the club, coaches and students takes place via e-mail and SMS. Email is the default communication channel, in addition users can enable or disable SMS messages.

Transactional messages

We send a message for every transaction in the app, e.g. program enrollment request, program confirmation (registrations, drop-ins, make-ups, trials), private lesson request, private lesson confirmation, rescheduling and cancelations, etc.

The administrator can also send broadcast messages to all students or only to students attending a specific program.
