Managing Users

All club users are listed in the user directory. The club administrator can view and manage club users.

Since the number of users in a club can be in the hundreds, we have provided an easy way to search for a user by name or email, or filter users by role (admin, coach, player).

Other information provided:

• When user joined the club and how long they have been a member

• Membership status

• Role (Coach | Player | Admin)

User directory

From the user directory, the club administrator can

1. view and update user profile

2. provide discounts (for example, for the 2nd or 3rd child in the family) on programs, etc.

3. give individual rates for private lessons (different for each coach)

4. start or change user membership on user's behalf if needed

5. disable and enable users
