Payments

Your players can choose whether to pay online by credit cards on file or cash. When paying online, players must provide a payment method.

When payment is processed, players receive payment receipt in the email and can view their lessons and payment history in reports.

Sportango is powered by Stripe to enable you to accept payments from players online with credit cards, debit cards and connect US bank accounts. Sportango does not directly capture or store payment information.

Before running payments, you can configure convenience fees and discounts applicable in your club.

To process payments, click on the "Payments" menu to display the payment journals (programs, private lessons, drop-ins).

Players must provide a payment method for online payments.

It takes 1-2 business days for the money to be credited to your bank account.

Can I revert payments?

You can undo all cash payments, but you cannot cancel online payments.

Can my students pay by credit card on their own?

Yes, the payment status is always updated in the payment journal, so they will never be charged twice for the same lesson.
